To open an account with 365aec, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false details is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found registered to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact us immediately.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• If any information provided during registration changes, please notify 365aec promptly.

365aec strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

365aec may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe will result in a temporary account suspension.

To place a bet on 365aec, you must have sufficient balance in your account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so double-check all details before submitting.

365aec strictly prohibits all forms of match fixing, spot fixing, and any other fraudulent activity. If evidence of such conduct is found, the account will be terminated and the relevant authorities will be informed.

• Each bet has a set minimum and maximum stake limit, which may vary depending on the market.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 365aec reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded accordingly.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to generate artificial profits is strictly prohibited.
• Any change in odds will not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• 365aec is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting.

365aec supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and conventional banking channels. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. This may take longer if a verification process is ongoing. Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.

• There are no processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place BDT 10,000 in bets for every BDT 1,000 bonus received.

• Every bonus offer has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Misuse of the bonus system may result in account termination.

365aec may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The updated date will be reflected on this page and a notification will be sent to your registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
